Membership Renewal Dates

Its that time of year again!  

Members can renew their Rip N Sew Club membership beginning in October.  Renewal must be completed by the end of January.  See the schedule below for when you can complete this.

Bring your Rip N Sew Badge, cash or check ($25), and your current SCW Rec Card with picture on it.  Without these we can’t complete your renewal.   

We also can’t complete renewal for you if you have not monitored 4 times already in calendar year 2017.   If you are scheduled to monitor later in the year you can renew after that, but monitoring must be completed in the calendar year of 2017.   (Monitor Report)

We will let the new Board determine additional dates for January.  Because of many difficulties with renewal form completion in the past and requirement to use a computer to validate rec cards in SCW Database, we require the trained Members to complete the renewal forms. 

What if you are not here on these dates?  If you are not going to be able to renew in person in Oct, Nov, Dec or January you can do it by mail.   Make copies of your badge and your rec center card. Be sure the copies are legible. Enclose those copies along with your check for $25 and a note requesting your renewal be completed.  Mail this to:
